Attending local conferences and events relevant to the mission of the Academic Innovation Support team. Giving conference talks and training events as appropriate to promote usage of Wolfram Language. Communicating core product functionalities as they relate to the needs of faculty for education and research use cases. Incorporating user feedback and use cases to inform the development of new demonstrations, training content and repository items. Contributing to "open projects" including the Wolfram Function Repository, Example Repository, Paclet Repository, etc. Staying up to date with trends in specific academic fields as they are identified as business-relevant, such as ed-tech, GIS, etc. Consulting with faculty, administrators or other business contacts regarding the Wolfram technology stack in their projects. Coordinating with relevant teams for the creation of user-relevant PR content, including social media posts.
